1. Data controller
The controller of this website and its contact form is psychologist Judit Hamar. Contact: judit.hamar.work@gmail.com. Exact registered-seat and registration details are listed in the Imprint.
2. Data we process
Through the contact form we process: name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject of your enquiry, the message content, and technical data (IP address, browser identifier) for abuse prevention.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and to make contact. The legal basis is your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox when submitting the form.
4. Transmission and processors
Messages sent through the form are delivered and handled by email. Email delivery is provided by Resend, which acts as a data processor in compliance with EU data protection rules. We do not store the messages in a separate database.
5. Retention period
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless a client relationship is established or the law requires otherwise. After that the data is deleted.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to judit.hamar.work@gmail.com.
7. Cookies
This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary functionality and anonymous, cookieless visit statistics may be used.
8. Complaints
If you believe our data processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu).
